Return Policy

Need to return or exchange something? Not suitable? No problem we have a 14 day after delivery change of mind policy.

  • Email us with the details of what you would like to return and reason for returning.
  • Items returned must be unused and in resalable condition.
  • A return to base in Auckland is available, please contact us so we can arrange a suitable time.
  • It is the customers responsibility to organise and pay for the freight when returning an item.
  • We will refund your purchase price on our receipt of the returned item within 3 business days.

Faulty goods

As our products are checked before leaving us we endeavour for this not to happen, however should you have any issues with our goods please feel free to contact us

If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.

Repair Replace or Refund at our discretion.

Should you want any advice on how to care for your new purchase please contact us as we have probably asked these questions of our suppliers, and if not will do so immediately!
