Frequently Asked Questions.

  • How long is the class?
    • Our classes are approximately 2.5hrs which gives you plenty of time to create your Turkish Lamp.
  • Is there an age limit?
    • Our classes are designed for ages 6 and up, due to limited seating we ask that everyone who comes to our classes is aa ticket holder.
  • What do I need to bring?
    • Just a smile, everything is supplied for you to create your Turkish Lamp, you can let your creative skills help to create a design of your own or use our easy instruction’s. Our Tutors will be there to help every step of the way!
  • I can’t make it to your studio. Can you run an offsite class?
    • Yes we can come to you in Auckland, there is only a minimum of 6 people required. Just send us an email or call for more details.
  • Is your studio wheelchair friendly?
    • Yes it is, please let us know before hand so we can ensure you have a fantastic time with us!
  • I see there is a 20% discount voucher for participants, when am I able to use the voucher?
    • The 20% off voucher is for any of our huge range of unique products from around the world in store, it is valid for the day of your class.

  • Cancellations
    • We will refund your full payment up to 3 days before the class or you can rebook another date that suits you.
    • If you cancel within 3 days of your class we will charge a $30 administration fee.
