Please review the following terms that govern your use and purchase of products from our site. Your continued use of this site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by those terms. Returns Policy
Need to return or exchange something? Not suitable? No problem we have a 14 day after delivery change of mind policy.
- Email us office@nirvana-imports.co.nz with the details of what you would like to return and reason for returning.
- Items returned must be unused and in resalable condition.
- A return to base in Auckland is available, please contact us so we can arrange a suitable time.
- It is the customers responsibility to organise and pay for the freight when returning an item.
- If the item is a result of our error or you receive a faulty product we will pay the return shipping costs.
- We will refund your purchase price on our receipt of the returned item within 4 business days to your credit card or original method of payment.
Faulty goods
As our products are checked before leaving us we endeavour for this not to happen, however should you have any issues with our goods please feel free to contact us office@nirvana-imports.co.nz
If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
Repair Replace or Refund at our discretion.
Cancellations
If you change your mind about an order, please contact us ASAP if the order has not been shipped, we will not ship your product and we will return your payment via the method you paid

None of your personal information will be shared with any other parties what so ever, you can rest assured your privacy is important to us.
